- To drive in general, the minimum age is 16 years with a license and accompanied by an adult.
UTV: Minimum age to be a passenger is 5 years.
The child price applies up to 11 years old. Children aged 12 and older will have to pay the adult price.

UTV: Your seat belt must fit to be able to carry out the activity.
Maximum weight: 125 kg. (275 pounds) - Restrictions: People with back or neck problems cannot participate. If you are pregnant, you cannot participate in the activity; please let us know at the time of booking. For safety reasons, the use of cameras or cell phones is not allowed. People under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance cannot participate in any of the activities.

- For safety reasons, the use of cameras, cell phones, and/or any electronic devices with a camera is strictly prohibited during public tours. HANDS-FREE CAMERAS SUCH AS GOPRO ARE ALLOWED. We have adopted a no-camera and no-cell-phone policy due to safety concerns, as all our experiences take place outdoors and involve a level of interaction and risk. Our priority is ensuring the safety of our guests.
We also offer private tours where such devices are permitted, as they do not compromise the safety or quality experience of other participants.

Fully paid activities
• More than 48 hours before the activity:
The payment may be refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.
• Less than 48 hours before the activity or no-show:
No refunds or changes will be issued.
Changes or cancellations may occur due to bad weather conditions.
